Hi folks, we’re suspending on-site estimates and interstate moves for the time being.
On-site estimates
Though we’re an essential service here in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, we can get by with-out on-site estimates for now. We think a lot of the time they’re important but given the situation we don’t think they’re worth the risk. If a customer needs packing or wants to convey the details or complexities of a move, we’ll be asking for cellphone pictures or videos to help us understand the task and then doing our best to provide an accurate estimate. It’s not ideal, but we’re not living in an ideal world and we’ll make the best of it!
Interstate Moving
We’re suspending our interstate offerings for the time being. We’re allowed to do it, but given the details we don’t think it’s a good idea. If you’re already booked, already have an estimate from us or are a repeat customer we’ll have a discussion and determine if the move you want to do is safe, doable and that we have a crew that’s willing. We’re not the type of company that forces our employees into situations THEY think are unsafe, we want everyone to be comfortable and happy at work.
